    To the person who started this thread, I think I know what you're hearing, or at least I know what I'm hearing. I've been a fan of both bands since their beginnings, they don't come much bigger than me: When I was a young boy I tried to listen (All is quiet, on New Year's Day) And I wanna feel like that (A world in white gets underway) Little white shadows, blink and miss them (I want to be with you Be with you night and day) Part of a system I am (Nothing changes on New Year's Day) Also, the X&Y *floating on a tidal wave* riffs sounds alot like The Beatles I Want You (She's So Heavy). Shiver sounds like it could have been a Jeff Buckley song. Ciao.
