    Im sorry if with i bother someone.. It´s really a nuissance.... but in the translation to spanish of the What if? lyric... It should go... Y que si decidieras instead of Y que si debieras decidir ... I think this is the right way... cause in the original version the girl is not given the choice of choosing if she will leave him or not.. It is simply stating that the girl does not want him by his side... It is referring at the act of choosing.. And so it should go Y que si decidieras instead of Y que si debieras decidir.... I hope i got the point clear to all :P :P hahaha sorry if some of you guys got stuck in the "explanation"..
