Here's my first video of the opening + Violet Hill. I've got a 1 min 40 sec vid of it encoding now. I cropped while filming so you can see Chris singing on the huge video wall really well.

Got some videos encoding and being uploaded to YouTube as we speak. Got some great video of Chris running over and singing during Viva la Vida. As we were in Row K, he was practically 15 feet in front of us. :D

Yeah I agree with everything you said. I had worse seats in 2006 for the X&Y tour in D.C. and I think I enjoyed that show more than last night. I love Viva la Vida but there's just so many songs on X&Y that hit me certain ways. It definitely felt rushed last night and Santogold didn't impress me at all. Fiona Apple opening for Coldplay in 2006 was much better.

Wow, what a night! Me and my fiance were sitting in Section 112 Row K which gave us a really good 45 degree angle view of the entire stage. I've got some great video which I'll be uploading to YouTube today and tomorrow. I'll make sure I post them here when they are done.

Does anyone know what the rules will be for taking cameras in? I see pics and videos from other shows on here so I'm curious.

Is she expected to open in D.C. this Sunday as well?

Can't wait to see this show on Sunday!! Me and my fiance will be heading to D.C. from Roanoke Friday afternoon and staying the weekend at the Hampton Inn-Convention Center. Gonna be a great weekend!!! :D

They really need to release a Blu-ray with DTS-HD MA surround sound.
