coldplay live on radio 2 this afternoon, Front Row R4 this evening
one thing you need to remeber is that its been edited...who knows what could have been said before and after...you see in things like reality TV shows, where producers edit the footage to make some people look bette then others..it happens all the time....i think the samething happened here...no proper bad things had been said yet chris walked out...i mean from what i've seen in past interviews, he would joke about whats happened and moved on...but it didnt happen...he got angry all of a sudden, which you dont see much off....so i think we are only hearing a bit of what actually has been said I think that Will did what needed to be done...he stayed cool and profesional and assured everyone that chris was fine...i think if jonny had been there, then i think it would haven been a little more different...Guy i think would have done what will did, but defend abit more sorry bout the splling cba with all that now

Coldplay Give Track-By-Track Tour Of Viva La Vida - MTV Canada article
Champion: Those are actually Brian [Eno's] handclaps at the beginning of that song, and - Martin: If you listen very closely, you can hear him complaining about the tempo at the beginning of that song. Champion: That's mostly what he does, complain about tempos. Martin: [in a booming Brian Eno voice] "Oh, that's much too fast." hahaha love it....thanks for that

Andy Gill (Independent): 'Why I hate Coldplay'
i cant belive he even questioned why Eno worked with the band

Andy Gill (Independent): 'Why I hate Coldplay'
this guy actually pissed me off...i left a message on the blog site i wrote To be honest I don’t think Andy Gill has that much of taste in GOOD music. He probably has a number of pop groups like Aqua and S Club 7 on his play list at home. He also mentioned "I can't seem to find anyone who bought X & Y, or who intends to buy Viva La Vida." obviously he did look carefully...he looked on wikipedia for stats of X&Y he should of looked on sites like the old coldplay forums or coldplaying.com where thousands of people would brought X&Y and are going to buy Viva La Vida and they are also proud to say that the love coldplay and the music the produce I think everybody here should write a message on that blog...show him howmany people around the world like coldplay

Another two (blog) reviews of VLVODAAHF
zavvi.co.uk wrote this: There're plenty of reasons why Coldplay are uncool. From the "music for bed-wetters" jibes when they first emerged at the turn of the century, to the Chris 'n' Gwynnie 'n' Apple celebrity love-in. Chris Martin's lyrics are a regular cause of wincing in this listener as he desperately trawls his muse for profound thoughts and anxiety to express about what is, let's face it, a comfortable and apparently happy life. Musically, they have refined their sound to accommodate the easier bits of Radiohead, the bombast of U2, the epic grandeur of the Bunnymen over the course of the last three albums. Now, on their fourth, they aim for the arty poise of Arcade Fire with the help of rent-an-idea producer Brian Eno. Die-hard fans are unlikely to notice any significant difference. The tunes are still there, ready for the stadia of the world and there is a welcome toning down of the Martin falsetto throughout. Standout track "42" ('Those who are dead are not dead but just living in my head'- whatever that means) is destined for lighters-aloft moments galore this year but there are plenty of other hits-to-be, notably "Lost", "Lovers In Japan" and "Yes". I didn't expect or want to enjoy the album but the truth is, that Coldplay are the real guilty pleasures of the moment. How many people, listening on their own in the car, can resist turning the radio up when Coldplay come on? Few would admit it but they are huge because they are good at what they do. This album is occasionally dreary but mostly it sounds magnificent; there I've said it.
