Hello everyone! I know it says I joined in 2007 but I've only really started posting the last week, so I thought this would be the place to introduce myself. I'm Peter from Northern Ireland in the UK. Been a huge fan of Coldplay ever since i bought X&Y back in 2005 (my first album! :)) and think the guys are just about the coolest people ever. Been using coldplaying to keep up with all the new stars and LP4 news and thought I might jump in and join the forum. (except on my first real post... Grace made fun of me for writing a very embarrassing post about Coldplay's album title choice :D...i'll try again...) so hello again and thanks everyone!

amazing! i have to say id be happy with either title but its pretty cool that coldplay are making a life or death decision...... :)

New Star in 2007! Busking on the Balcony Buenos Aires, Feb 2007 We started huddling around one microphone on the balcony in the middle of the set. We sang 'Til Kingdom Come' and 'Love Me Tender'. It's hard to imagine that records used to be recorded this way!! GB

NEW STAR in 2006 Note from Chris about the Australian Tour 2006 with some photos of the band in Australia Australian Tour 2006 We had had a nightmare tour of Australia in 2003, for a number of reasons, and so we were nervous about this one. But it healed all the wounds - amazing audiences and places and people. The last concert, in Perth, was followed by the weirdest tea drinking experience that Jonny & I have ever had. But it's too long of a story... CM

NEW STAR from Will in 1997 Sometime in 1997 Chris and I went busking in Covent Garden. It was probably the first incarnation of the band. We played Beatles songs and 'The Bear Necessities' and 'Mrs. Robinson'. We were moved on by the police (with only 20p in the hat) (which I put there).. Wx

not sure if its been mentioned before but soon as i saw "42" on the list i remembered that chris had listed "jonnys solo on 42" as one of his positives on the coldplay charity mug! cant wait for the album!
