hmm it was in some form of celeb magazine, I think maybe the happy couple were going to some sort of yoga class :p I drew it in a history lesson whilst bored, I also drew another of the band, but it'll look a little squashed if I used it for my avatar

Hell! I'm still a newbie according to some and I originally joined last Septemeber :roll:

It's quite liberating (?) being a newbie, I like it :P

hehe, it's hard to explain isn't it. But that's why I like art, I don't have to explain myself, people can have their own ideas about what I'm doing. I have none of my 'proper' work to show as it's at college, I only have sketches at home. But at the moment, to give you an idea of my mind at work I'm taking extreme close ups of body parts, manipulating the colour/contrast etc by computer and then painting them, they look extremely surreal...sort of a twist on what we see everyday...or something :shrug: :P

lol, I'm sort of into the opposite kind of thing to you, I like figurative and portrait painting but I like having a surreal element changing colour or form slightly so that you can tell that somethings 'not quite right'. My whole attitude to art sums me up really :P

I'm into a lot of newish art, have you ever heard of Jake and Dinos Chapman, and Cindy Sherman? Really into them at the moment, little bit dark....sadistic even 8)
