What are you afraid of? Humble yourself and ask Him to reveal Himself to you. If He does, then serve Him, if He doesn't then...

Why don't you ask God to show you that Jesus is real and that you really need Him and be willing to believe in Him if He will. If He does, then: Do yourself a favor and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

You have to understand that the church isn't God. There are false churches AND there are false teachings within certain churches. So how do you know if it is a false teaching? By reading the bible for yourself and studying it. You are accountable to God for what you believe, live and teach others. Learn it. I don't believe in 7 deadly sins because it hasn't been shown to me to exist in the bible. The only sin that causes a person to go to hell is failiure to accept Jesus Chrsit into their heart as their Lord and Savior. The reason is simple. Sin is a crime against God. The punishment for our crimes against God is hell (prison). Hell is a prison for those who commit crimes against God. The only way out of hell is by recieving a pardon for our sins (crimes). Jesus Christ provided this pardon for those who will believe in Him as their Lord and Savior. So if you want to be saved (pardoned) and go to heaven when you die, you need to accept the Pardon that Jesus Christ offers you through faith in Him. You can do that by praying a simple prayer. Pray something like this: "Dear Lord Jesus, I humble my heart before you. I admit that I am a sinner and in need of a Savior. I ask you to come into my heart and forgive me for my sins, take me to be with you when I die. I accept You as my Lord and Savior, fill me with Your Holy Spirit. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus name amen" If you prayed that prayer to God from your heart and meant it to Him, you are a child of God and will be pardoned for your sins and go to heaven when you die.

You need to actually explore the creationists side of the story. Did you know that the evolutionists were challenged to a nationally televised LIVE debate with Robert Gentry, creation scientist and they are too afraid to debate him. He said that they could have as many people as they wanted against him. Hovind routinely debated multiple evolutionists at the same time and wiped the mat with them.

You really believe that I would waste this much time and effort here if I didn't truly believe in Christ Jesus and His word? Come on man. God has touched my life in a real, tangible way to where I have no doubt about His reality and the fact that every word in the bible is true. If that's so, then I MUST tell people how they can be saved from going to hell by accepting Jesus Christ into their hearts as Lord and Savior of their lives. This is the reality of it. I wish hell didn't really exist and I could go on living a carefree life, but that's not the case.

To answer you questions, according to what the bible actually says, those who don't place their faith in Christ for salvation go to hell for eternity. That's why Jesus Christ came in the first place, to save us from our sins because He doesn't want us to go to hell. If we reject His gift of salvation, then we have to pay for our own crimes against God (sins) by going to ;prison (hell). As far as those who lived before Christ died on the cross, Judaism was the way to God at that time. Those who trusted in the Lord were saved. The sacrifices that they performed covered their sins and were a picture of Christ's blood that was shed on the cross. If there were any other way for us to be saved, Jesus Christ wouldn't have had to die on the cross. Take the time to read this first post. It explains salvation and why we need it pretty clearly. Wrong. It's the other way around. Creationists and Evolutionists look at the same evidence, yet come to differing conclusions. Evolutionists hide and manipulate data to convince you of their theory. You are only hearing one side of the story. What if in a court case the prosecution was the only one allowed to present his case? What would the conviction rate be? What happens after the defense presents it's case? It sheds light on places that the prosecution didn't want you to know. The creationists aren't allowed to present their side of the case, so of course you are going to think that they are looney. You don't know their side of the story. Do a little research and see for yourself.
