It differs ... some do usability tests for software, some work as translators ... I'd like to do something with languages ... Do you already have a plan what you want to do once you graduated?

No, at least not that I know of. I guess everything works different here. And I'm still not sure what I'm going to after I graduated. :\ I hope I'll find an internship that'll help me ...

Sort of ... :\ The truth is I just couldn't figure out what I wanted to do with my life and got a little depressed. :( And when I finally found something I wanted to study it was already to late and I had to wait another year.

Yup, age 18. We have grade's 1 to 13 and we start at 6 ... that makes us 19 when we finish school. They're going to change that now. In fact I think my little cousin is going to finish school with 18. But I'm also another year behind, because I started to study when I was 20. :\

But you finish High School with 18, right? We finish school with 19, but they're about to change that. My Magister is about the same as the Master's degree, but I could do an additional master's degree if I wanted to.

Well, it depends on what you study. My degree's called "Magister" and it normally takes 9 semesters, that means 4 1/2 years. But everything gets changed to Bachelor/Master now. The bachelor takes 3 years and the Master another 2.

No, I guess every state in Europe has a different system. High School is like a "Gymnasium" (not a place to work out :p ) in Germany. It's quite complicated ... What are you studying then?

That's good. You're in college, right? Is that the same as a university? I don't quite understand the American educational system. :confused:
