+1. Actually a lot of the people leaving were standing in the arena. In the seating most of us were standing anyway! Totally agree about the supports/Simon Pegg (lovely and talented though he is!) I saw Coldplay in the Liverpool Echo and the atmosphere was electric - it was what made me decide to see them at Wembley. But I do think Wembers is a bit too big - you lose the intimacy of the gig and the sound is a bit echoey. Was the same for Muse.

Ok so I love Coldplay and was really looking forward to this gig. But when I want to see Coldplay, I want to see them, not them and Simon Pegg and NOT THEM AND JAY-Z for goodness sake. It was bad enough having him as a support but when he turned up in Lost I couldnt believe it. Having said that, I loved the rest of the gig, and I liked the comedy stuff too. Chris Martin really is a terrific front man!

That's a real shame. Same thing nearly happened to us when we saw the Foos at Wembley in the summer, but the stewards were so on to these 3 lads and they got ejected before the Foos started! Result! Everyone round them was totally cheering when they left! I don't know what makes people drink so much before going to concerts. To me it's enough of a high to listen to the music and watch the show. Cant imagine being drunk enough not to be able to fully appreciate it.

I got scammed by Tickettout.com in 2006. I will now NEVER buy tickets from anyone but Ticketmaster or Seetickets, not even Ebay, as I got scammed on there too! There are almost ALWAYS late tickets available if you wait long enough and keep trying. I only got my Liverpool tickets at the end of October. You just have to keep your nerve! Really sorry for your predicament, but I think you can kiss your money goodbye. :cry:

Ok, so this was my first time seeing Coldplay, and it was really fantastic! I'm a huge Muse fan, a band who always deliver a brilliant show as well as great music, and Coldplay seem to have realised that this is the way to go to get the fans involved. I was right up at the top of Block 6, and almost didn't get to the gig, due to some b******* stealing my handbag from under my chair in Nando's an hour earlier. However, my son went over to the Arena whilst I was phoning police and banks etc, and asked the box office what they might be able to do. Bless them! Because they had my details, they printed off another couple of tickets for us, so we could still go! Thank you Liverpool Arena!!! Turned a horrible evening into a good one again, and the gig was awesome. Tell me, someone who's seen them a lot, was that gig really the best you've been to? It certainly seemed so to me - the singing along was fantastic and everyone round me was up and dancing, clapping etc. Thanks Coldplay - looking forward to the next time!!

TICKETS ARRIVED! Hooray! Got tix today - not even signed for, just first class post! A bit cavalier of Ticketmaster if you ask me! Still, never mind, they've come finally! See you all there. :)

Haven't got mine from Ticketmaster yet:cry: Getting twitchy now as I live a long way from Liverpool and I'm going up for the weekend! Their site says they haven't got them in yet:stunned: Hope they can send them out fast!

Hi! I'm new, but have been a Coldplay fan for a couple of years. I'm just wondering if there's a fan ticket sale/exchange place on this forum, like other forums I've been on. I'd really like a couple of tickets for Liverpool but can only find singles. Thanks in anticipation! :D
