Ok..I am totally thinking about a summer Coldplay roadtrip!

Finally! A show in TN! :D

I actually went to Priceline.com and typed in Charlotte, NC. Then there's an option that says find hotels near..and I picked the venue name. It'll give you a whole list of hotels and how far they are away from the venue.

I would love to go here too..but I don't think I could get a ride and there's no way my mom would let me drive even though I'm 21.

We could do purple AND yellow glowsticks..lol. And yes, I will definitely be there to try to see the band. We're looking at staying at a Quality Inn that is less than a mile away from the venue. Not for sure about that yet though.

I don't think any venue will have a problem with glowsticks. I've taken them to many shows before and got through with no problem. And you're allowed to have cameras for Coldplay's shows. :D

So far Raleigh, Charlotte, and Tampa are on board for the glowsticks. I'm only going to be able to attend the Charlotte show but ya'll have to let me know how it goes in Tampa.

I have seen them at Target for like, a dollar. Different types too, like earrings, necklaces, bracelets. But I know on Ebay you can get like a pack of 50 for 10 dollars.

Haha yeah. :D localola86 can have the credit for making it yellow glowsticks. I wonder if anyone has ever done this before..or if it would be something new to the band to look out and see yellow glowsticks everywhere.

I'm pretty sure you're allowed cameras. I had mine in Atlanta last year right next to security and they didn't stop me. Find out your venue's rules, I know that for Charlotte you're allowed to bring them too.

So far I know that the shows for here, Charlotte and Raleigh are gonna have them, so we'll have more of a chance of getting recorded. :)

Ok..here's my plans. We are going to arrive in Charlotte in the day before the show to check out everything and see where we need to go to wait for the band to come in and all that. We're spending the night in the hotel and are going to get at the venue around 11:45. We're bringing some folding chairs to sit on and a cooler of food. It's going to be me, my mom, sister, and bff. We're also making the jackets that Coldplay wore on The Grammys, they aren't going to be perfect but we're gonna try, haha. We're going to bring the stuff to make posters with us so we will have something to do while we wait, and we're also bringing snack cakes to give to the roadies and crew. We might being extra yellow glowsticks incase people forgot, and we will be in the lawn partying. :D

From the way this is looking, there will be no one in the front sections of Coldplay shows.

Haha yeah! I was thinking about that..maybe we should do yellow instead. :D We could have them all up during the song.
