The lighting was awesome!! The butterflies were cool too! It was neat to look up and see zillions of them fluttering down!

I think Chris dropped the f-bomb once in St. Louis, it was in a song lyric he made up. I'm not a fan of the f-word, but have uttered it on occasion! ;) I went with my 20 year old daughter, so I'm probably your parents' age. I LOVE Coldplay and trust me, i don't think your parents will be offended in anyway whatsoever. I think they will have a wonderful time and enjoy themselves immensely, as will you! St. Louis was my first time to see them and they put on an awesome show!

My daughter got a tour shirt at the St. Louis concert. I got the LiT shirt. Together they were $75, I think the tour shirt was $35. I'm pretty sure it has all the 2009 dates on it, there are a bunch on there.

I was in that club, until last Friday. I finally got to see them at the St. Louis show. Hang in there, your day will come!!

Great pics! I think my daughter's camera is a Sony Cybershot, but my pics were crap. Of course we were farther back and I'm an awful photographer.

Great review!! Some of the people around me didn't know what was going on when they headed to the B-stage! I think they thought it was over! They were all very impressed that the boys would go our into the audience like that, and even more impressed when they went back to the lawn for the C-stage. I agree the opening acts were both awesome! My daughter wants to find a CD of Amadou & Miriam. She thinks her roomies this fall will like them too. I liked how Amadou kept saying "thank you Coldplay!"

As soon as my daughter uploads the pics, I'll see if any of them are viewable. I highly doubt it, both of my parents were 'picture taking challenged' and I got that gene from both sides apparantly. :rolleyes: After I left with my coffee, I got this funny feeling that I'd just talked to you! The third concert comment sorta stuck in my head .I wish I'd turned back around. It would have been nice to chat about the concert! I'm having a MAJOR let-down today. I guess it's the after concert one I hear about. i'd looked forward to it since I found out that they were going to play a place I could easily get to. And now it's over. :cry:

Yep, I had my LiT shirt on! I hope your throat is better! I saw shirts all over the hotel too. We even saw some in Sikeston MO when we stopped to eat lunch! I thought I got a good pic of the roadie doing a handstand, but like the rest of the pics, it was a crap one.:veryangry2:

Novah,was that you I talked to this morning? I was getting coffee and talked briefly about the concert and Tshirts with someone getting oatmeal! OMG, last night was awesome!! It was my first Coldplay concert and everything was perfect! The section I was in was full of real fans and we all sang and jumped around and danced! I got some butterflies on the way out! I TRIED to take pics with my daughter's camer, but am apparantly challenged in that department. They are all crap. :( Oh well, it was sooooo worth the 5 hour drive up here and the 5 hours back today. I hope this isn't my one and only Coldplay concert! Well, time to start packing and hit the road! Safe travels to everybody!

Lots of people checking out today, Incubus played last night and lots of people were here for it. They have a shuttle to the venue too.

I'M HERE!! In Maryland Heights!! My daughter and I drove up yesterday afternoon! We are at the Holiday Inn Express over by the amphitheater. I am so excited I can hardly stand it. It's my first Coldplay concert!! I don't know what we're going to do until concert time. We are in the upper center section, row JJ.
