So then why are they scheduled to play in places like Detroit, St. Paul, Kansas City or Oklahoma City? All of those places seem far less appealing in musical history than Seattle or Portland and I know they're not huge media markets either. No hard feelings, I thought you were just being an ass at first.

Except that the most people in the nation with at least a college level education live in the Northwest. I'd appreciate less ignorance.

I'm a huge Coldplay fan like everyone else around here but it is baffling me why they haven't scheduled a show in Portland or Seattle on their current tour. Is there something wrong with the Northwest that they don't want to come here? I used to live in Phoenix and it's driving me nuts that they will have played 2 shows there in the last year and the closest one to me has been in the Bay Area of California. I'd appreciate it if anyone has any info as to why they've neglected us in the Northwest US. COLDPLAY NEEDS TO COME TO PORTLAND!!
