  1. Agreed! The best concert I've ever been to was when Coldplay had a GA pit. I got there 4 hours early, and I was front and center. So close that Chris Martin sweat fell on me and my friend (lol) It was an amazing experience, though. I hope they have a pit a some point in their tour again!
  2. OMG!! Guys, you don't know how sad I am! They finally announce their summer tour and they'll be going to Miami June 29, but I have to be in Paris, France by June 29th for my study abroad program!!! :( Right when they finally decide to leave Europe and head to the US, I'll be doing the exact opposite. :(
  3. One more week till I choose a winner. Don't procrastinate people. =)
  4. Yes! Death and all his Friends is great in this album. It's my favorite!
  5. Getting there early won't help, the hand out CD's after their performance. What I did was make sure not to leave without a CD. Yes, the volunteers handing out the CD's was a bit hard to find at first, but there were several volunteers. Look for one who isn't being completely bombarded. And be nice! Don't attack them! Get one CD and go, the reason for the chaos is people trying to get more than one CD. If you really want a CD be patient. :smug:
  6. Does anyone have a full video of Strawberry Swing at the Cruzan Amphitheater? Here are some of my pictures that I took from the front and center. =) The shirt I made for the concert. These are the wristbands they handed out to everyone in the PIT. Best seats ever! I wasn't even zooming in! Do you see how close he was to us?! For all my concert pictures visit: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v254/AnaMars89/Coldplay%20Concert%2009/
  7. Here are pics from the VLV 2009 Program. The Cover Viva La Vida Album Lyrics Prospekts March Lyrics The center of Brian Eno's Page has 4 postcards Two of the four postcards Another two of the four postcards The back of each postcard says "Postcards From Far Away" The back of the program ENJOY!!
  8. I completely agree with you! Thank you for that!
  9. OMG, have fun everyone!! Love from Miami, FL!
  10. I bought the new program. There are some differences in the program. One of the changes is that it's not as long, But still nice. They still have the same Brian Eno story and the individual shots of the band members. Let me know if anyone wants me to take pictures of its pages.
  11. ROXYCHICK!!! Yes! We were the only cool ones jumping up and down! That was such a great show!!!
  12. I don't know what FLAC means, but here are some pics of the LRLRL album they gave out. If anyone wants picture of it bigger or some other way. Let me know. ;)
  13. Mine was in Sunrise, FL. Last year in November. It was amazing! I was in Section 112, and the Stage B was set up right behind my seats! It was UNBELIEVABLE!!! My second concert was Friday, at the Cruzan Amphitheater in West Palm Beach. I had PIT tickets this time, and this concert was even better than the first one I attended. I had a great time, but the best part was that they played my favorite song in the world... GREEN EYES!!!
  14. I've been to two Coldplay concerts, both Viva La Vida tours. One was inside (BankAtlantic Arena in Sunrise, FL) and the other one was outdoor (Cruzan Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, FL). I must say that I enjoyed the outdoor venue A LOT more. The reasons for this may be biased some what... because at the outdoor venue I was in the PIT, and it was their first venue for this Leg of the tour, so maybe they were really into it since it was refreshing to tour again, I don't know. But I definitely enjoyed the outdoor venue.
  15. The CD's were being handed out by Oxfam volunteers and I felt VERY bad for them. They were being bombarded with people. People were even trying to take the boxes away from them, I wanted to stay and help them out but my friend was in a rush. I don't know how they'll arrange the CD giveaway at the next venue, but the way it was at West Palm Beach, you just have to look for where there is a crowd bombarding each other.
  16. The gates opened at 6:30, and Howling bells started at 7:30pm, then Pete Yorn. Coldplay didn't start till like 9:15. If you have PIT, and want to be right in the front, I suggest you get there very early. I was at the gate at 3:30pm, and I got to stand in the front and center. No regrets at all!
  17. They played Green Eyes!! It was amazing. I cried. If anyone was near them on the C stage, and got a video please post it!!! I'll post the links to my videos and pics when I have the chance. This was one AMAZING concert. I must say, it was even better than the one they did in Sunrise, FL.
  18. I agree, I'm pretty sure we'll hear LITii and Rainy Day. Rainy Day is such a great song! I can't wait!
  19. Yay!! Pit!! See you there! OMG... it will be pretty hot... I planning on getting there early too.
  20. Man... I wish I knew the setlist....
