They replied within 24 hours - it has been 4 business banking days - and alsthough they have promised to refund - the money is still not showing up in my account - perhaps they are going to wait until the actual gig day is over (this Friday) will keep you all posted as to if/when the money has actually gone in my bank account .

coldplayworldtour / thefootballticketshop / papertickets Follow these instructions - and you will get your money back !!!! :) If you bought your coldplay tickets from any of the above sites - you need to contact ALL CHARGE. They were the merchant that processed the transaction from these dodgy companies. You will not recieve your tickets. If you have already contacted your bank, they will tell you that you need to wait until the gig is over, before claiming a charge back. Just contact these guys here : Give them all your details and explain that you have not recieved your tickets. I did this, thinking that I would probably be igored again, but recieved an email stating that they would refund immediately. They also stated that if the tickets did arrive, then please would I let them know so that they could re-bill me. I have now changed my banking details (security number) etc so the can not do this.
