    Alpine Valley presales It doesn't appear that the 10:00 a.m. CST presales are going to happen on TicketRush. No ticketing information appears at all. The other concerts that have presales that didn't start have other information posted. I guess that isn't a good sign. How disappointing that I will now have to deal with the masses tomorrow in the regular sale.
