I got a plectrum (either Chris' or Guy's) after the 2nd Melbourne gig. I waited after and saw a roadie pic it up and I stretched my arms out. He couldn't reach me so he gave it to the security guard and then pointed to me :) I also got a setlist from the first night and of course lots of butterflies. My plectrum was a plain grey one - so I am thinking it could be Chris' since he wouldn't have his own personalised ones like Jonny. Does Guy have them?

I waited for them after the 2nd Melbourne show on the little road that leads out of the venue. The first van that came past had the inside light on and we could see it was Chris and the second he saw us he switched it off and kept driving :( It may have been because his dad was with him. All the other vans just drove straight on by :( The last night I waited for ages. It was Chris' 32nd birthday party which they actually held at the venue so they weren't out for hours. I waited a while (I was the only one from the start!) and Kelly came out and said he would take my setlist in to get signed. He got it signed by Chris and Guy which I was happy about but I really wanted to meet them. Kelly told me to go home - I felt a bit stupid and stalkerish so politely obliged with what he said. As I was leaving I could see Guy with Shane Warne outside the venue.

Ohh! Where did that pic of Shane warne and chris martin come from????!!! Its so strange that no one saw Coldplay anywhere in public...they really must have stuck to those Taragos all the time haha

In that photo she is actually in the first seated section sitting on the aisle I think about 5 rows up - she is taking a photo. She was dancing all night and REALLY into it.

I know its so sad!:cry: I wonder where they are now:inquisitive: Just out of interest, now that they have gone, where were they staying? I looked at a couple of hotels and am just curious now to know which one it was!

haha no he was sitting in the lower gold section..its the second section from the left. He is three rows from the front and 4 seats to the right. He is leaning over talking to Simone.

I waited after the show to see if I could meet them but they actually held Chris' party at Rod Laver Arena. Saw Shane Warne again as well as Molly Meldrum. Waited for quite a while and one of the tour guys took my setlist in to get signed by the guys because he said they wouldn't be out for hours. It got signed by Chris and Guy - my 2 favourites yay! I did see them walking past the windows a few times - guy talking with shane warne and chris running like crazy like a kid haha. Just before I left, Jonnie left in the tarago and then when I left guy was talking to shane warne again next to the car :)

WOW Tonight's concert was incredible. I lined up from 2pm and got right on the barrier at the front. It was so unbelievably magical and amazing. From the interaction with the crowd to the butterflies and of course being right in front of Guy - he looked great tonight! Disappointed not to meet them after but very happy that I got someone's plectrum - could be either Chris' or Guy's because it came from that side of the stage. I have some pretty good videos of the night so will post later :) Loved that they did glass of water....shane warne was also in the crowd as well as kate cebrano who was going crazy for coldplay!

I'm heading there tonight Gold GA! What time are other people lining up?

baahhh I need to know where they are staying...anyone know yet? Also, does anyone know what time people were lining up from yesterday for GA?

My brother was an official photographer last night and these are his pics from the concert http://www.filedimage.com/ but please don't reproduce them without permission :) I was sitting in a side view position in 3rd row which was amazing! They were all so close!

I read somewhere that they stayed at the Langham last time so maybe thats where they are this time...i might check it out tomorrow

Hotel and time for lining up Hey everyone, Can't wait for tomorrow!!! I have side view seats - I hope i won't have a massive speaker in the way :( I was wondering if anyone has any idea what hotel they stay in when in Melbourne? Also, what time are people thinking of lining up? I have a general admin ticked for Wednesday too. Enjoy the show!
