Word is that the 100,000-capacity Melbourne Cricket Ground and the 45,000-plus capacity Sydney Cricket Ground will host concerts on March 14, while unconfirmed reports suggest the likes of Foo Fighters, Coldplay, Kings Of Leon, Jimmy Barnes, the Veronicas and a reunited Midnight Oil could be among the names on the bill. COLDPLAY have announced a third Melbourne concert - before the first two have even gone on sale. The British band will now perform at Rod Laver Arena on March 3, 4 and 5 next year. All tickets go on sale at 9am tomorrow from Ticketek, priced between $120 and $140. Promoter Michael Chugg said seeing the intense demand from an early pre-sale of selected tickets prompted the multiple shows. I saw Coldpaly on Saturday at Sydney's Acer Arena. I have all of their albums but have never been a huge fan, yes I thought they were good. Well I was blown away, totally. What a brilliant concert. I have seen lots of groups including oasis and U2 both three times. Coldplay trumped them easily and this was the best concert I have seen. I had not really appreciated their music before. I actually listened to the lyrics and when they did Fix You, The Scientist and The Hardest Part I just struck a chord. Hi!!!! First off, just want to say that the concert on 14th March in Sydney was LIFE CHANGING and the most amazing experience of my life. Secondly, I was wondering if anyone could help me?? At the merchandise stands there were these flyers that were advertising some wristbands you could buy online for charity... I cannot for the life of me recall what they were for or where I can get them but I remember the lady at the counter said you order them online. they come in blue, green, black white... or at least I think. Greetings you lovely people. I was youtubing coldplay... as usual and I keep coming across these videos where coldplay has a little acoustic session in Japan. I was wondering if anyone could help me find the mp3s for it? They are so beautiful and i would really like them on my iPod. :) p.s. went to coldplay concert in brisbane on the 9th of march 2009.. this was my second coldplay concert and my god it was AMAZING. one of the most best nights of my life.

I want to and will sit there for hours if necassary. Why not?
