I am pretty sure that you can cash your Argo vouchers in and then UPSALE for better seats if they are available at the ticket window before the game, they never sell out and always will take more of your money. Yes they are good for any game that is not SOLD OUT.

Hey everyone, I have been stalking this thread for eons. Just wanted to clarify how the GA floors work GA floors have a limited capacity. Due to rules in Toronto by-laws that state that we can not have any rush concerts. Promoters can no longer have a true General admission where everyone runs into the floors. This was banned due to some trampling deaths. So the way around it and to put fans in cool areas near the stage. They sell a fixed number of positions. To make sure that they can do this and that the number is kept to the right amount. They sell you a Section and a seat. Even though there are not really seats. It allows them to meet the laws and still not have to place seats. GA will normally have lots of space at the back in Toronto (example the killers was only half full) and still better then most seats. So in detail for Coldplay. GA 1 or GA 2 are just legal sections of the GA area, this will not mean you have to stand in one area. The Seats and row are just a head count to make sure they do not over fill. Cheers Bismarck
