Wedding Bells - Possible new song
Haven't been on this site in forever but I remember hearing the Wedding Bells song in an interview and Chris played it faster and on an acoustic guitar. I loved it. Just heard the piano slower/sadder version and I have to say I was disappointed. Don't get me wrong I love all their songs but I really like the guitar version. What did everyone else think? Or has this been covered already somewhere?

Betty Confidential sources: Gwyneth Paltrow Wants Chris Martin to Leave Coldplay!
I heard from a friend, who heard from a friend who had an Aunt whose niece's boyfriends brothers boyfriend said it was totally true. I love tabloids for their outrageiousness and hate them for the people they hurt. It is interesting to read everyones thoughts though. I would hate it if their marriage was on the more than average shaky ground. I personally don't want Chris out there dating around. YIKES! Now to me that could break up a band. ( unless of course he was dating me. Ha!)

Finally here are the two videos where I have the whole song. The rest of my videos are just parts of songs so I did not post them. Enjoy. [ame= ] [/ame] [ame= ] [/ame]

Is anyone like, upset after seeing them live?
Being new to Coldplay - not only was it depressing these past few days after the concert but now I keep thinking about all the concerts I missed in the past that came near me. But the kicker is like you said: I wont see them for years now. I feel like I'm in a Coldplayers Anonymous group. Hi, My name is Shine and I'm completely obsessed with Coldplay (particularly Chris). Its been four minutes since I last listened to them.

Wow!! So what did he taste like? Did you swish it around to get the full affect? And exactly what were you imagining when you did. Never mind. I think we can all imagine what.

Were you closer to them at the ramps than if you were at center stage? I was at center and I think if Chris even tried to touch someones hand he would have fallen off the stage. Do you have pit tickets for the Aug. show and if so will you try to touch him then? I say go for it. Just a wee pinch.:sneaky:

Liz and Zoe, totally thrilled for you both. I'm not a berrygirl but I have to admit when he walked by clapping at the end of the show I screamed and he looked over and smiled. Have to admit that boy has one great smile. But I'm still gaga over Chris so I def would have gone for the ass. Did Zoe reach for it or was she still too mesmerized? By the way hate to kill this vibe you all have going but like I said at the beginning I'm new to posting stuff so I was wondering how do you get your pics up on here and vid for that matter? Advice would be great. I've got some good ones of Chris. Sorry, none of Guy. The cameraman was in my direct view of him most of the time.

HOLY CRAP!!!! That was the best night. First concert in many years and first time seeing Coldplay. WOWWOWWOW!!! Got to lot at 3:45 and had to do a loop three times before they let us in. Maybe 10 people there already. Met Zoe and Liz though did not realize it at first. I sat across from them in the shade of the trash can. I think I asked Liz if she was worried about wearing flipflops. Zoe gave us the scoop on things. It was great putting a face to a name. Thanks to Zoe for getting the people to let us in around the same time as the BEST BUY Losers (though I wish I had my card). Sprinted for the pit and ended up front and center. AHHHHH! So exciting. Pete Yorn quite hot. The crowd around us was great. I had to leave and pee twice and everytime I got right back to my space just feet from Chris. I think I'm still in a daze over the show and being so close to them. During a moment of silence the girl next to me yelled 'I love you' to Chris. He said thank you to her and I thought she was gonna faint. She just kept saying 'He talked to me'. It was great. Lots of energy/butterflies. Wish it never ended. I just gotta say they are incredible to watch and now I'm even crazier about Chris. That man is just to awesome and flexible in every way. Saw Zoe after, bag full of butterlies and set list in hand. Amazing. Only bummer is that its over and why did they point out that they won't be back in D.C. for a long time. How long is long? BOOHOO. Where is Liz? I want to hear this news.

Good point about the pee issue. I hope I can withstand. Personally I'm wondering how hot it will be in the pit. Is it so many people cramming together that your sweating. If so then I think I may wear shorts instead of jeans. Just Liz alone is going to put off so much heat staring at Guy that it could raise the temp 10 degrees. HaHa. Also, tennis shoes or flip flops? Anybody else have clothing issues?

Sorry I have not been on line but the number is 703-754-6400. The parking lot opens at 4:00 so she said you can't get in before that. Then you line up at a gate. When they open the gates it is a free for all to get to the pit. So be fast. I want a good place but I don't want to get trampled getting there. I wonder what time the band gets there? Sooooooo excited. I hope everyone gets a good place.

Called again to find out more on getting into the pit. Again they said it is standing only and that it was not a lottery but a line up. I asked what time would be good to get there and the girl said when the lots open which she won't know when the lots open until that week. By the way I won tickets to the concert through the radio station. I was hoping for backstage passes but they did not have any. First time I won anything through the radio.

I was wondering if those of you who have extra tickets to sell have been able to sell them. I have two in section 101 and posted them on Craigs but noticed a zillion others. Its going to suck if I cant unload these.

I just heard that the pit can either be get there early and stand in line to get in or they do a lottery so you don't have to arrive early. I will try to find out which it is but if any of you find out I would love to know. Rather not wait around to find out its a lottery. Logarithm--I hope your mom does not back out because its the pit. I'm wondering if I will last and its nice to know my husband and I won't be the only older ones there plus we would love to meet her and any other fans if you don't mind hanging out with old people (40's). By the way what will your signs say?

I called again and asked and she said its one big area and first come first served does not matter what row/seat. I wonder how early you have to get there to line up to get into the area. I can't see any other way of doing it. But I am very excited nevertheless.

I bought another set of tickets because these sounded down in front. they are GA Pit g03 seat 23 and 24. While panicking trying to figure out where these were I called the livenation phone line and the lady said it was standing only the seat number was just for them to number tickets. It sounds like its just a pass to get into the area then you stand where you like but i still have my doubts. If anyone finds out more info I would love to know.

Ok so I have been on all day checking the seats available for RESV 1 and all day the only section and rows that have come up are Section 101 rows R, S, T, V, W, X. I am curious if anyone else looking for RESV 1 seats had other options come up?

What section are the floor seats? Is that lawn? Everyone keeps refering to rows and not sections. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only panicky one. I wish I had known seats slightly better are still available two hours later. I wonder if it would be better if tickets went back to the good ol'days when you had to camp out and it was left up to you and how bad you really wanted the tickets. Not fun but at least it seemed more fair.

Well that was an crappy experience. Like I said it has been forever since I went to a concert so I panicked and bought the first tickets I got. If you read too much about these concerts and how they sell out in minutes, unless your willing to pay $500 plus for a ticket, you get paranoid thinking if you don't buy the ones offered your next try could be worse. Oh well. Live and learn. I ended up with 101 t far end. Bummer. I did not look close enough to the seat chart to remember which way the row numbers went. Oops. Hope you all did better

When you go to livenation there is a section when you want to look for seats that says 'promotion code' and then there is a drop down list of choices. Sometimes the choice says 'ticketrush presale'. Is this something in general everyone is supposed to use and then put in the STRINGS password or is it something all together different? I just didn't want to get seats using this and then pay and get to some window asking for a valid code and I don't have one. Anyone used this?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- notlost92 It was a three doors down song. Does that pass? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks for the info. I looked on the livenation site and signed up with them. In the presale area it refers to ticketrush so I went to their site and signed up with them and they already gave a password which lasts a month. So now my question is do I buy tickets through livenation or go directly to ticketrush. Also where is the password posted on this site and does it matter what password I use (ticketrush or coldplaying). I'm curious if the password denotes certain seats for sale or am I way over thinking this? One last comment: it doesn't seem like its a presale if anyone can get a password after signing up on the ticket sites. Any thoughts? Thanks

Hello, I just now registered. I am totally new to this forum/thread/twitter whatever its all refered to as so please excuse my ignorance. Recently discovered Coldplay and their music by accident looking for another groups song on Youtube. Anyway fell in love with them and now i must see them in concert. Embarrasingly enough this would be my first concert in twenty years. Yes I'm old. So my question is what is the best way to get tickets? I need all the advice I can get. Thanks.
