Finally they have these videos up! The show was amazing, I just didnt like how they went around with the camera filming, because it was sort of distracting from the live show. Then again, I can't complain because if it wasn't for the camera, then it wouldn't be online right now. I''m still waiting for STAR to put up the pictures of the actual audience members and the people in line. I wish I could go back to that Coldplay filled weekend in July. <3

Thank you for emailing them! Did they reply back? I tweeted them once before, but they didnt say anything. Yeah, its weird because they quickly update pictures from the events and concerts they go to. Its been a month and still nothing.

Im a little mad that STAR still hasnt posted any pictures or videos up from the event. Yeah they have a few professional photos, but what about the pictures taken of all the people there? Im crossing my fingers for the video of the performance, still dont know whats taking so long, im constantly checking the site lol.

Yeah same here, all we knew is that we had to be there at 4:45 because they were going to perform at 5. lol that didnt go as smooth as planned. Yeah same here management wise, it just seems like everything was rushed into two days. Didn't they have two weeks in LA working on the Strawberry Swing video, couldn't this have all happened during then. I understand they were working, but it could have made this so much easier. Im jealous that you were able to talk to them, congrats! Yeah, too much scheduling is bad for both the fans and Coldplay.

Yeah i think it was. It's the same song that Will sings at the concerts. He sang the same song at Carson when they ran towards the back of the audience.

Viva la Vida, a song that Will sang (sorry i forgot the name of the song), Billie Jean, Strawberry Swing, and I think Lost. There were five in total, i can't remember if it was Lost or Death and all his friends, sorry. I cant remember all of the songs that were played, it happened a week ago and my memory pretty much sucks.

I wish i could tell you the exact time, but phones weren't allowed so i dont know for sure. I was there at 4, and they were scheduled to perform at 5. But they arrived past 5, probably 6:20 or around then. All I know is that it was a long wait, but worth the twenty minute performance. Im sorry that the KROQ promotion was scheduled on the same day. Whoever organizes these promotions needs to start thinking realistically. But congrats on the photo op, even if it was really short.

yeah that was the concert. i was sitting in the third row, but it's dark so i cant see myself. lol. :) but i think there will be a longer video, of the entire performance.

go to the coldplay official site, and you could see a little bit of the video from the private concert at Capitol Records. It's under Roadie #42 I can't tell which one I am in the audience lol.

Lol it's okay, my phone's fine for now. There should be a video, because they had a cable wire with a camera man going around recording everything. I'm waiting for the video, and for the pics of all us winners. We ourselves couldn't take pictures, because no phones or cameras were allowed inside. Hmm number of people, there were about 40 winners. When we got inside, there were many seats reserved for Capitol Record workers, I can't tell you exactly how many people there were but from the winners, there were about 40. It was more of a mature and private concert, we were all seated during the entire show, it wasn't like a huge loud concert. We were all quiet and absorbing the music lol. (partially bc it was being recorded and our voices would ruin the song)

I can't remember all of the songs they sang, because it happened on Sunday, and it was sort of rushed. I was just absorbing in the fact that i was so close to them. They obviously sang Viva la Vida, then Billie Jean was last, they also sang Lost, sorry, but those are the only three I remember. There were five songs in total. I was at their concert on Saturday, the one in Carson, so I keep confusing which song was sang where. And in reply to the person who asked how i won, well I woke up at 7 everyday, and pretty much attacked my phone with texts. I was sending about 200 texts per word. My phone was having seizures and vibrate attacks lol.

They also taped their performance, and i thought that they would put a video up of it on the website, but so far it's just a couple pictures of the band performing. In response to the questions, we didn't personally get to ask them, but whoever had a question wrote it down on a list, and a worker for the contest got to ask Coldplay. One question was really strange, some guy asked what "Viva la Vida had to do with the corruption of America" i was like are you serious? there were so many better questions rolling in my mind, but i didnt get the chance to write it down on the list. BUt yeah sorry everyone, it was Will who sang, not Jonny.

I won the contest, I was texting nonstop from Mon-Wed (I won on Wednesday.) The secret show was on Sunday, basically we waited in front of Capitol Records for a few hours, then when it got to hot, we all walked to the backside of Capitol Records to sit under some shade. That's when Kennedy from Star 98.7 came in and asked some trivia questions relating to Coldplay, as some form of entertainment. The winners received some cd's. When everything was ready, we were escorted into a studio inside Capitol Records. There was an open studio set up, behind which were benches for the winners and Capitol Record workers to sit. Coldplay arrived and sang about five songs, I don't remember all of them, but Chris Martin was cracking jokes whole time. Mainly about the so many lawsuits about Viva la Vida. They sang Billie Jean, and then Chris let Jonny sing a song. His announcement was funny as well, he called him the shyest man in the band, and then looked at Guy and said "okay maybe second shyest" then looked at Will, and said "okay maybe third shyest" After performing for about twenty minutes, they answered a few really strange questions. You could tell that they were in rush because they had to perform in Irvine that same day. So basically, they sang, we all had close seats, and then the end.
