    No, we got them from Online Ticket Shop, based near London Bridge. I am Alice's Mum, and went there myself to basically tell them I wasn't leaving until they produced tickets or money back. We have got some tickets, but not the ones we booked. My advice if anyone is worried/suspicious is to go in person to whoever you have ordered your tickets from - but make it quick!

    HELP!! I'm supposed to be going to see Coldplay tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone has not received their tickets? I've been struggling all morning to get in contact with the site I purchased my tickets from!!!!! Alice
