I get your point but it still isn't a guarantee. It's not just the new people who didn't sent PMs. And it would be a shame if we have to exclude people just because they don't have enough posts.

The PM that was sent to everybody had very clear instructions and some people just don't follow them. Making rules wouldn't make a difference, there will still be people who will ignore those rules.

Like I said before, loads of people haven't sent me a PM yet, this doesn't have to mean your card isn't on its way yet.

I think a lot of people just forgot about the PM, I don't believe there are 122 people that haven't sent a card yet. If you want to send 122 Christmas cards, be my guest. But it isn't Christmas yet and in previous years a lot of cards showed up just after Christmas. And there are also a lot of people who don't post anything in this thread after receiving something. It's different if people still haven't received anything a couple of weeks after Christmas, we can start thinking about sending replacement cards if that's the case. Not that I know. For everyone else: loads of people haven't sent me a PM yet, this doesn't have to mean your card isn't on its way yet.

Last week 75 people hadn't even read the PM yet. I sent all those people an email and quite a lot of them got back to me. But there are still 34 people who didn't : (
