Please, do not buy one on ebay. That really defeats the purpose of owning a Xyloband...they are meant for the show, and audience interaction. MAYBE, just MAYBE check in with an usher or ticket taker at the venue AFTER the show to see if they have any extras and if they may give you one.

Really? I JUST got mine on Friday and ONLY one of TWO packages. I have a feeling they forgot one...and I ordered mine in December. I did understand that we wouldn't get these before the show but a couple of weeks after not a couple of months. This was for their opener on April 17. I agree with you on the tickets and seating allocations. I too would rather pay premium for "official" premium tickets rather than scalped tickets.

Not sure if this is the right forum or not - please move to the appropriate place if you have to! Here are the contents of what the VIP ticket holders received when they bought the ticket packages. T-shirt by Trunk brand Lithograph and Mini MX keychain After receiving this, I can't say that I'm too impressed with the packages contents. Wish they would've done something special with the lithograph (different image perhaps? I think the backdrop they used for the new graffiti tee would've been amazing). The tee isn't what I thought it would be, but oh well. Thoughts?

Hi! If you have the VIP tickets purchased from Ticketmaster and they are the VIP packages you will receive pick up instructions for your collectible lanyard and laminate 5-7 days prior to your show date. You will also receive an email regarding your VIP package - t shirt size, mailing address, etc. At the show, you will receive your collectible ticket and lanyard as well as your original ticket and be escorted to the merch area where you can get your merch in advance. If you have VIP passes for the pre-show party you will be taken downstairs for your reception. Being a Coldplay fan, yes it was worth the money - a little disappointed production for VIP products is taking a month longer than expected...due to receive my package before May 25th...we will see. I would do this again, yes. Completely worth the cost, especially for such a production like this! Hope I answered your questions. If you have anymore, just let me know!

This wasn't a GA show - this was assigned seating. I had VIP tickets, so we had our own line up and queue. From what I saw for normal ticket holders there weren't a lot waiting to get in.
