Hi there, Have you tried to contact LiveNation about the issue, i have been trying but they are not responding. Also I am travelling from Ireland and I do not know where to collect my ticket, they are not responding on this either........ Not good so far

Hi All, I bought tickets from LivNation Presale for Coldplay in Madrid 2012. I selected Golden Circle tickets and paid the more expensive price for these, but my email confirmation states "Zona : Entrada general". Did you guys get the same message? Thank you in advance for any help
