The correct usage is "If I were." Not "If I was." Example sentence- "If I were able to sing, I would." "If I was able to sing, I would." Yuck :confused:

Y'know what really bugs me? When people say "If I was..." I know that's a really subtle mistake, but it really bugs me because half the time I think it's right :P
