Thanks for quick reply - how then can I find out what the face value price of a ticket is so I can make a decision about whether to pay the mark up or not? I'm certainly not complaining about the concert which was fabulous - but about feeling stupid and gullible, I guess!!

Hi am new to this site - but just wanted to let off a bit of steam here! I dont know if the band ever see these threads or someone monitors for them but want someone in management to know how we are being ripped off by ticket selling agencies. I bought 2 tickets from one such agency back in November for the 2nd June concert at The Emirates. Few tickets were available then so i took the £148 per ticket option ( as being reasonably cheap compared with some on the site at that time!!) Felt it was expensive but since they were a present for my partner i was prepared to fork out (over £300 in the end with booking fees and delivery). Imagine my horror when the tickets arrived last week to see the face value was £65!! What an outrageous mark up! Feel that the band themselves - being lovely guys - would be appalled.
