Congrats.. I never even got a ticket to choose from. Never became available right from the get go for me. Damn..

No seating chart available for this show. That's helpful. Checked on concerts out east. Not a single good seat available right at presale start. Rich people seats were even gone right away. Buying tickets to your favorite band is so disheartening nowadays..

The problem with all that is : we all know the ticket brokers are in so much faster then we are. Do you even take a minute to look at vip? By then the higher other tickets are long gone. Online tix is just a never ending result of losing it seems. I am not even getting myself excited for tomorrow because I have a really good feeling I am gonna end up so pissed..

I have read in a few articles the $26.50-$175.00 price ranges. Then they say VIP packages (also on ticketmaster's website) also go on sale tomorrow. I can find nothing for any show in the US that mentions where you get those and how much they are. Anyone have any idea? I apologize if I wasn't supposed to post this in two different threads..

Well I hope you are right. Now if the ticket sites don't end up with every good seat that would be a plus. The odds of that are always bad for us though.

Well that went as bad as possible. On the site right at 10am. All floor and lower level gone. Nosebleed seats for full price were all that was available. How in the hell does this happen that fast? Right at 10am, nothing available. My god is that depressing... BAH!

That's cool.. How does a person at a show end up talking with a roadie? I am hoping for the best in 45 minutes via Ticketmaster... Good luck to everyone trying to get tix this morning...

You are kind of missing my point. What I was trying to say is that nowadays we don't have a shot at the close-up tickets. Back in the day you could camp outside a ticket window and you were about 95% sure to get great tickets. Or if you were logged on right at the sell time you had a decent chance to get pretty good seats.Now the only way you can get those duckets is to have a large bank account or know somebody who has a inside source. I ain bitching just about Coldplay, every big act is to blame it seems.

I think this may be helpful for us, but I am not sure. Seems every good seat is always gone right when they go on sale nowadays. I wish more bands that really cared for their ACTUAL fans sold them through their own website for close up seats. Prince did it for a while and I had 8 shows on the Musicology Tour that I had either 1st or 2nd row. Those days sadly are gone. I am guessing when most of us try to but tix right at 10 am ET, we will be a long ways from the stage. The best bet I have learned nowadays is get your seats (wherever they are) and hope that the VIP areas in the front did not get swooped up and upgrade at the show. Just a tough risk to take flying across country to see a show with all the other money that it takes just to get there...
