If I'm not wrong the colours mean: Yellow for the inmense wealth of the country. Blue for the contact with both seas. (Pacific and Atlantic) Red for the patriots' blood spilled for liberty. :)

Mmm, before starting the book I wanted which I haven't got yet (The Idiot by Dostoievski) gotta read HP and the Phoenix Order in ENGLISH, will be pretty good to excersise my habilities in the language.
