They said it would be better to get the tickets early, but it won't be a problem if you arrive later. You might have to wait a bit longer depending on how early people arrive. Since people might be working you won't be the only one to get your tickets during the day.

For anyone wondering about buying / selling tickets we received an email, I'll just paste it here:

We just got a reservation number. On the terms and conditions it's written: "Si le mode de retrait au guichet vous est proposé. En se présentant 1h30 avant le début de l'événement, muni de votre numéro de réservation, d'une pièce d'identité ainsi que de la carte bancaire ayant servi au règlement de votre commande." "If you are getting your ticket at the event you will have to be there 1h30 before, with your reservation number, an ID and the credit card used to buy the ticket."
