ok, my englisch isnt the best, but i think this progress is a problem, which have to to be discussed!why the guys only play concerts with a duration of 90min or shorter!in general this is ok, but not for 70euros or more!i love coldplay and the berlin concert tomorrow is my 9th cp-concert - but its possible that this is my last attendance, because the ratio isnt no longer acceptable!the second problem is the setlist - why always the same songs?!there are 5albums and a lot of great b-sides!its ok to play stables like fix you, yellow, clocks, vlv or the scientist - but i wish more changes in the rest of the setlist!what is your opinion?chris and the guys know about the high entrance-prices?what can fan do to stop this progress - a petition?

Uhm, nothing? Because almost everyone here has the same problem with the setlist but at the end of the day we still buy tickets for their concerts, we still wait for hours in the freezing cold before the gates of the venue open and we still have an amazing time. Why? Because we're the real fans and we'll come whatever or wherever the band plays.

 

And about the prices, my ticket for the VLV Tour was the same price as the one for the MX Tour. It's not cheap, but it's definitely not more expensive than it was 3 years ago.

We've had dozens of threads on this and it never gets anywhere. The sets are what they are, and nothing anybody posts on here can change that for good or bad, better or worse.

 

As far as price, yes it's pretty steep, but it's still one of the cheapest "big act" tickets around frankly. I guess it comes down to if the show (such as it is) is worth it to you or not.

 

Popular Band+Huge Fanbase=well oiled machine like production & expensive tickets. It's been that way long before Coldplay and will be that way after they're gone. It kind of sucks, but that's the industry.
