Pilar Zeta created the album art for Coldplay's 7th studio album Head Full of Dreams.

 

The life and work of self-taught Argentinian artist Pilar Zeta embody a cosmological vision. “My mom is a strong believer that ‘the truth is out there.’” Like many Indigo Children, Pilar’s search for truth has fueled a transformative journey into herself at age 16 through mediation and into the world at age 19 through art.

 

In Miami Pilar established herself as a graphic designer in the electronic music community. In Berlin, she became part of the city’s nightlife and design renaissance, joining the art collective Outland. Her independent and collaborative work was exhibited in London, Berlin and Moscow. Of her esthetic, she says, “I am in service to Geometry, it has a sacred order that is fundamental to all good design”

 

Inspired by Thoth, the Egyptian deity of arbitration and hieroglyphics, in 2010 Zeta launched RAD, her own galactic agency. RAD’s areas of expertise range from Design, Packaging, and Graphics, to more esoteric offerings like Witchcraft, Choreography. Clients, referred to as Believers, include respected electronic labels Island Records, Fool’s Gold, Visionquest, Greco-Roman & Get Physical.

 

Zeta’s love of metaphysics and beauty found a kindred spirit in techno-funk starchild Jimmy Edgar, whom she met through a mutual friend in 2011. Inspired by a trip to Machu Pichu, they launched Ultramajic, a record label with an experiential agenda. Together they create multidimensional experiences, using sound, design, photography and fashion, as well as magick cards, 3D videos, and installations.

 

A lifelong fan of neo-classical sculpture, time travel, gods & planets, Zeta’s next project, Holographic Universe, explored ideas of dimensions through fabric. The Los Angeles label’s debut collection showed in Paris, New York, and Las Vegas.

 

After two seasons, Zeta broke away from Holographic Universe to focus on Ultramajic and develop more solo work. She returned to the art world in January 2015 with an installation at the Standard Hotel in Los Angeles.
