Jo Whiley has decided to goahead and release a CD full of the best artists she's had appear on her "Live Lounge" show. The CD is seeing release on May 29th, and is being distributed through BMG TV. Ray J has been keeping time to Coldplay's hit song "Clocks." Last month, Ray J covered the Coldplay song during a performance for Pepsi Smash's "Cover Art" on Yahoo Music. Clocks is from Coldplay's second album A Rush of Blood to the Head. Ray J said he chose this song because he "wanted to show another side of Ray J" and "keep it versatile." Record label EMI have rubbished reports which claimed Coldplay were keen to complete their contract with the major label. A report in this morning's Sun newspaper claimed the band could release a new album within the next year, which would be followed by a greatest hits record. US comedy institution Saturday Night Live will end its 30th season on May 21 with Lindsay Lohan as host and Coldplay as the musical guest. It will be Lohan's second appearance as host, the NBC network said. Coldplay, also making its second appearance on SNL, will perform songs from its upcoming album, X&Y, scheduled for release next month.
