BBC's 6 Music has learned that Abbey Road studios will not be prosecuted over a Coldplay gig it hosted for the BBC.   The recording studio was threatened with prosecution under new licensing laws because it hosted an "illegal" gig organised by the broadcasting corporation.   Lawyers from Westminster Council claimed the concert, which will be aired on Radio 2 in April, was the first live music event to break the law since it came into force in November. An event featuring stars from Bollywood and Hollywood is being planned in California to raise money for various organizations that offer aid to India.   Popular music acts from India scheduled to perform during the June 8 One Night for India event at UCLA's Pauley Pavilion include Talvin Singh, Nitin Sawhney and Karsh Kale.   North American artists Michelle Branch and Macy Gray are also expected to make an appearance, while Peter Gabriel and Coldplay are to be seen performing by remote satellite
