    Attention German Coldplay fans!   Eventim.de writes that there will be three open air gigs in Germany in summer 2009. The shows will be in Düsseldorf, Hannover and Munich. Currently the dates and ticket prices are still unknown but you can register with their site now for the 'ticketalarm'.     As previously reported, Joe Satriani is suing Coldplay, claiming the UK band's Grammy-nominated song Viva La Vida uses one of his melodies.     Rock guitarist Joe Satriani has sued Coldplay, accusing the Grammy-nominated stars of plagiarizing one of his songs, reports Yahoo today.   Satriani's copyright infringement suit, filed on Thursday in Los Angeles federal court, claims the Coldplay song "Viva La Vida" incorporates "substantial original portions" of his 2004 instrumental "If I Could Fly."   The 52-year-old guitar virtuoso is seeking a jury trial, damages and "any and all profits" attributable to the alleged copyright infringement.
