Hi guys! Gerben good job on being such an enthusiastic fan! You rocked 3FM, national radio dude! Then, obviously it is always a bummer (*understatement*) when things turn out different from what you’ve imagined. From our perspective nothing has happened yet. With any other event this is the stage where we start getting in contact with the management and/or agent of an artist. So that’s what we’ll start doing first thing tomorrow! To everyone with a ticket: We’ll do our very best to get in contact with the right responsible person for Coldplay and Chris Martin. If worst comes to worst, we’ll get you guys a refund. We’ve started Live on Demand to make the almost impossible possible. Fans like Gerben started and created 12 successful events already. When you reach for the stars, sometimes this is what happens along the way. No worries: refund is as mentioned guaranteed. But first let’s make this happen for Gerben and all the fans out there!
