at first what if and white shadows didnt really sit well with me, but after you give it a few listens, it sounds great..they grow on you..i love all their new songs...their gonna be amazing on the cd

whether its for gwyneth or not, its still a great song, that im really looking forward too, because i like these kind of coldplay songs. Out of the 5 that i heard for the first time, this is the one that stood out

Me neither!! i really liked the album cover for a parachutes. I also liked the album cover for a rush of blood to the head, but my friends who dont like coldplay had no idea what it was, and it looks weird to someone who doesnt listen to coldplay, but its a great cover

it will sound better once its recorded...in my opinion, its classis coldplay...the album is different and new, and its not the same as the other 2, but i think coldplay wanted to make a song to remind us that their still the same coldplay that we know and love :)

Square one will be a great song studio version...i think we cant judge the songs based on what he heard for a few reasons, one of them being that it was their second time playing it, the first time being the night before, its live, and it was bootlegged, so it wasnt good quality. Square one is definitely a great song though

Who thinks a message is such a beautiful song?! I heard it live, and i cannot wait until the new cd comes out because this song will sound incredible on the studio version. Im really looking forward to this song, and i liked it more then the other ones i heard, although they were also pretty good, and i was pretty happy to hear new coldplay material that will actually be on the cd.

A message...definitely a message...i heard it live, and its classic coldplay, with an acoustic guitar and just chris singing..its a great song...but also, im looking forward to the whole album, because i know its gonna be great

Ill tell you why in my opinion speed of sound is the first single and not what if....a rush of blood to the head had a mellow mood to the album...most songs were mellow...the band wants this new album to be different from the last album...what if had a mellow mood to it, and if it was released as a single, the first single, peole would think that this album is alot like a rush of blood to the head. Speed of sound is a fast paced upbeat song, and its different coldplay, but its good coldplay. Plus, its a great song, so nothing to worry about people!
