my brother was a casual fan of the band. one day he came to me with his laptop and said you have to check out this cool video. it was strawberry swing. loved the video, hated the song. I dismissed him saying that its a shitty song but tbh the only reason i hated the song was because my English wasn't that good at that time and i was unable to understand what chris was saying (i was too lazy to find the lyrics) . during MX era i asked my brother for some good songs and he told me viva la vida. this time i was able to understand it and i loved it :D during that time coldplay had released the video for ETIAW and i became OBSESSED with it :p and now im, completely obsessed with the band and I don't have a single regret :p oh and btw strawberry swing is now one of my favourite coldplay/all time song

i LOVE ghost stories but don't listen to it often. it's because it makes me feel so....empty, especially oceans. love that song but can't bear to hear it more than once. maybe thats why i think that its a great album, it gives the feeling/message that it was designed to give. its hollow but beautiful.

i agree but I don't think they'll play songs like everglow, magic, ink and whole of stage C because in a festival environment they will not work...

i like it but there is no way they'll play miracles and cemeteries of London :/ plus talk seems impossible because they hate X&Y :/

hey guys! so i am super excited about this even though I'll be not there but hopefully I'll watch it online somehow so i was wondering, this is so close and what can be Coldplay's setlist? i think they are gonna go with their rockier, upbeat songs rather than some old gems like they did in 2011 (life is for living etc). I came up with my own setlist and thought i should share it with you guys :p I'll proceed album wise because its easier for me that way AHFOD: title track adventure of a lifetime hymn for the weekend up&up GS: ASFOS MYLO XYLOTO: paradise into remix ETIAW charlie brown POC (if rihana shows up) VIVA: viva la vida violet hill X&Y: Swallowed in the sea Fix you AROBTTH: the scientist in my place GPASUYF politik Parachutes: yellow trouble shiver I'm thinking there will be 20-21 songs because Coldplay has the longest time so there might be at least 2 cover songs what do you guys think? whats your expected setlist? :D
