You see, this is what irks me about die hard republicans. When Clinton was in office, all the republicans did was attack him all the time. It was the era of Rush Limbaugh and Newt Gingrich and Monica Lewinski. Although Clinton did make some mistakes I can admit to it that he did. Republicans always justify every action of their president regardless of if he was right or not. Surely you see that bush has fucked up plenty while in office. The moderate republicans don't bother me, it is the neoconservatives that are incharge that really scare me with their morality platform. Bush ran his campaign on promises of being a compassionate conservative but I see no compassion from this president. Tax breaks to the rich, trying to change the constitution to discriminate against gays, starting a war in Iraq that had no ties to Al Quada, Having his then attorney John Ashcroft arrest law abiding citizens in Claifornia for smoking medical marijuana, threatening to arrest doctors in Oregon for physician assistes suicede when that state had passed a law stating its legality. This president doesn't stand for the republican platmforms of smaller government, less federal spending, and allowing the states to govern themselves. He has taken the republican party into a dangerous area of Christian morality. As Dylan so appropriately sang over 40 years ago, Times They Are A Changin'.
