  1. I would post your tickets up on stubhub.com if I were you and see what kind of a response you get. Stubhub is one of the most dependable places to sell tickets. You take a slight cut (that's how they make money, after all), but it's easy and hassle-free. I sold my Florence and the Machine tickets on there - and have bought 2 sets of tickets from there in the past - with no issues. If you have paper tickets, you would have to mail them within 48 hours of the person buying them. If you have e-tickets, you would just upload to Stubhub and they would forward them on. You can go on there now and see how much tickets are going for (similar to what you have) and then just post for $5 cheaper a ticket.
  2. Those seem pretty good compared to what else is available right now. I'd grab them!
  3. FYI - I have just checked again and it looks like they are releasing tickets for the side and behind the stage. Just found 3 for section 111.
  4. Nothing wrong with that. Is it close to the stage? I have seen them before from the 300-levels and it is just as good.
  5. Finally had some luck! I got 3 seats section 108 row 8. hope you guys are having luck. Looks like seats are going quickly!
  6. Awesome! Which date did you get them for? I just checked and got section 120 for the Tuesday show. Last time I was in GA so I am still hoping to get seats closer to the stage...
  7. Hey Chrismartinlover, I really hate to be the one to burst your bubble, but even though you saved some tickets in your 'cart', it doesn't mean those seats will still be there when you go back to them. It's just like with anything on ticketmaster, your seats are saved for you for 5 minutes, and if you don't buy them within 5 minutes, they will go to someone else. When you save them in your cart, ticketmaster will look at the event for you and try to find similar seats but you may not be able to get row 22 again. I am really sorry! Better luck tomorrow (along with me, who still doesn't have tickets!).
  8. FYI - Just found out that the MLSE presale code is 8MAJOR. Still haven't been able to find great seats, and none available for the Monday show, but there seem to be a few left for the Tuesday show if anyone's interested. I just found 3 in section 121.
  9. Yeah - not getting anything now except 300-levels. I have the worst luck. I did get 3 in section 110, but when I was looking to see if ym credit card info was up to date (yeah clearly should have done this beforehand!), my app closed and I lost them. Blarg!!!
  10. Thanks PhilipJFry! I am seeing tickets now and the presale, but even with the password I can only find 300-level tickets. I am trying to get 3. Anyone having any better luck?
  11. Anyone else trying to access the Livenation presale on their iPhone? Not showing anything right now at 10:03!
  12. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I have seen them 4 times, the last time at the Skydome, and everybody was all up in arms on this forum about the Argos presale they had at the time (it was something where you had to pay $200 a ticket and you got Argos tickets, too). I didn't spend that egregious amount of money, and instead waited for the fanclub presale, and paid regular price for GA tickets (at that time $95). They only release a couple hundred for each presale, which means that there are about 18,000 left for everyone else... plus, there's no doubt they will have a second night. Tuesday tickets will probably become available at about 10:30am Saturday morning.
  13. Has anyone else recently checked the Ticketmaster page to see that there are now 2 new presales? 1 - MLSE presale (code required) 2 - radio presale (again, code required) Anyone know anything about these???
  14. Hey Green Eyes - I think those tickets are the VIP package prices. Obviously it sounds like the first 10 rows are reserved for VIP ticket holders. Aside from that though, the rest of the floor seats shouldn't be anymore than $131 each. I agree it's total price-gouging for the VIP tickets, but $131 is reasonable to me...
  15. Weird. Just downloaded the Live Nation iPhone app and did a search for tickets just for fun, and I managed to find 3 tickets for section 101 row 20. If these were sideview tickets, I may have considered it but they’re pretty crappy seats considering they’re $131 a pop.
  16. Agreed! I can't get anything. Only the standard 'no exact match' message. Dang! I guess I'll have to cross my fingers for the Livenation presale. Does anyone have any info on the Livenation presale? Can you only purchase your tickets via the iPhone app?
  17. If your ticket says GA1 and then section GA6 and a seat number, it is ONLY FOR TICKETMASTER'S REFERENCE. If your ticket says A1, section blah blah blah, you have a seat. I know I definetely bought General Admission tickets in a presale and they say the same thing your tickets say: GA1, section GA6, Seat 32. All of this was talked about a few months ago on pages 44 and 45. Which means, you may want to reconsider not standing in line! :)
  18. Maybe it's just me, but I am not planning on being there so early, because I'm thinking that GA will be relatively small (in proportion to the Skydome) and therefore anywhere you are will be a good spot, plus, you can always squeeze in if need be. I am also not planning on lining up that early because I am driving down from Ottawa, and I am going with my sister who has 2 kids under 3 so she probably won't be able to get away until late afternoon. Whatever happens, GA will be worth it, even if you have to go to the bathroom and spend 15 minutes getting back to your spot! I saw Coldplay in Ottawa last year, and even though we had okay seats (first row of 300 levels, beside stage), I am looking forward to being in the pit with the REAL fans, so it doesn't matter to me where I end up!
  19. Did you guys from Manitoba check Ticketmaster today? They have just added 3 Coldplay shows in Western Canada, one of them being Winnipeg! Lucky you!
  20. I don't think the GA section is all THAT huge, so I am probably just going to go for around 5 or 6pm...the thing is, no matter where you are in the GA section, you are still pretty damn close considering....plus, if you really want to get to the front, you can always make it happen.
  21. I typed "venue" and it seemed to work for Livenation, however, still not really great seats available there.
  22. So, i was just thinking about it....what's the deal with these Argos tickets? Are they good for any regular season game and for any section? I really think I must have been too Coldplay-focused to think about this before!
  23. Yeah, I definetely got GA seats, not A2; I specifically looked also for Floor seats, and I was offered A6 Row 20 or something, and I chose NOT to take those. I think it's probably divided into sections as well, and that's their way of keeping it in order.
  24. Thanks, guys! Don't know how I would have gotten these tickets if everyone wasn't so helpful! It'll be like my first Coldplay concert in 2003 all over again, except this time instead of 8,000 people at Scotiabank Place, it will be 50,000 people at the Skydome. SO PSYCHED. Thanks for the info on the GA2--they freak you out sometimes with their jargon.
