Yeah, I am thinking it didn't go through at all, because I never received an email and usually they send those almost right away....but hey, there are still GAs left, so I am not worrying too much right now. At least they are working on fixing it.

I am on hold with ticketmaster still; I talked to someone there and she said people have been calling about this same problem in the past while (tix not going through), so she's going to look into it. Fingers crossed they can fix this! I agree that $318 is a lot, but I spent over $200 for one Madonna ticket, so I guess it's not so bad in the end, for my favorite band!

Ok, but now can anybody tell me where we are supposed to buy tickets? I am guessing that the tickets are no longer going on sale tomorrow because they are not listed on ticketmaster.ca or capitaltickets, and on livenation, there is no info whatsoever. Anyone else as frustrated by this as I am?

Hey x_theskycouldfall, The MC guy doing the raps is Buck 65; he's a pretty awesome Canadian artist... and yeah, Chris WAS hilarious. Thank god there were actually some good bands at the Junos this year; usually it's pretty bad and just crappy Canadian pop people. Well, it still sortof was (minus Broken Social Scene), but Coldplay made it worth watching, hells yes!

I haven't heard anything about it. I think they're only going to Ottawa because they are hitting more places on this tour instead of the same ones all over again (well some anyways), and they didn't go to Ottawa in the summer so... Which radio station is it by the way?

Hey listen...as long as ANYONE beats the Leafs, I am a happy person. The Senators, however, got shut out tonight, but they looked asleep after the first period...but maybe I shouldn't complain because they've only lost 4 games now in the past month, and it was nice to see Boston do well. That's so awesome though that you got to go to the game! Screw the Leafs and their dumass egos! Go Lightning!

Now, I'm not talking so much like Brooks and Dunn country, but more like Keith Urban, Brad Paisley and Dixie Chicks fans...or Johnny cash if we want to be trendy... If anyone is, please spread the love! Le me know about any good bands, because I am just a lonely urban girl in Montreal (apparently, the NEW Seattle) who loves country music and feels the need to hide it from her friends lest they start barring her from going to Bloc Party and Wolf Parade concerts with her.... OK MAN. Why have I not discovered this thread nefore! All I have to say is: I am a DIEHARD SENS FAN. Which means, Egghead, that I HATE THE LEAFS A LOT, and unlike Leafs fans out there who hate the Sens, I have a right to hate the Leafs (it's called losing year after year after year syndrome). And baby, the Sens are going all the way this year! They are consistently one of the best teams in the league and most definetely I am getting excited for some playoff action (crossing my fingers...knocking on wood...) But Redden, hurt, that's no good, no good at all... Also, GO HABS! although they've not been as good lately, but still....

I was totally into britpop circa 2000/2001, and I LOVED Travis, so when I read an article calling Coldplay the 'new Travis,' I already knew I liked them. I saw Shiver on Montreal's music channel and bought Parachutes the minute it came out in Canada and since then I have been hooked. Also, I think it's pretty ironic that Coldplay is this massive band, and Travis has pretty much faded into the background in North America and is only moderately successful in Britain (well, compared to Coldplay)

I do not know, but it's already on Canadian TV; I saw it on the Muchmusic countdown yesterday... I would assume then that it will be on MTV pretty soon
