Well I think we should keep in mind, when it comes to Coldplay's performance, that they're currently in the midst of the first leg of a major American tour. They've basically been promoting and performing none stop since even before X&Y was released. They had just jetted out to Miami for a 2 minute appearance, THEN jetted all the way back to wherever they're playing next. Or where they were staying. Plus the acoustics in that place... Unless you were lip synching they sucked monkey balls. I just feel so bad for the guys! They looked exhausted and I don't want them to get burned out. Just writing that out made me admire them more though, and I give huge kudos to them for doing this for the fans (since WE'RE the only ones who cared, huh?) and they didn't even get anything out of it! :cry:

Yeah, Chris going into the crowd was rehearsed. I posted pictures from Getty earlier on here of him out in the same exact area, but during rehearsals. It was nothing new to producers. ^I'm so excited for the Grammys! They might not win this trivial MTV bullshit, but they'll get what matters! I'm keepin' the faith!

I boycotted them after their horrible coverage of Live 8 (cutting off Pink Floyd? I almost had a riot in my living room). And since when is Kelly Clarkson what applies for "rock" now?!?!? Who the hell does she think she is, Janis Joplin?! I just threw up a little in my mouth. I think I'll watch some of the after show thingy, just to see if they interview Coldplay.
