anyone know where this concert dvd was filmed???? I would love it to be from Marlay park back in June but i doubt it coz it was 2nd gig on the tour and they didnt even play talk! but i would still love it coz i was there. Bohs Man.

Anyone else think that the Foo Fighters set looked suspiciously like Coldplay's????? What I mean is they used a laser effect similar to to the way Coldplay used to when they played Clocks and their background screen was also very similar to the background screen in the Speed Of Sound Video also the bass player was using the same type bass as Guy play's however i believe this is less coincidental lol! Hey guys iv recently bought a bass guitar and can play most coldplay songs i can play the white shadows bass line but i would like to know what effect guy uses on the recording as off yet i have no effects pedals for my bass but i will be purchasing one soon most likely a zoom 506 bass pedal or something like that as i have the guitar version of this pedal very useful at a reasonable price.From my experience of playing the guitar i would say that the effect that is used is like an overdriven chorus effect or something like that but i can't be sure as i am still relatively inexperienced so any help would be gratefully appreciated. Na singing aint my strong point i also have yellow and green eyes recorded the yellow version is fine but the quality of the green eyes is pretty bad as i recorded it last year and i hadnt got the equipment i use now.I also have another cover of god put a smile upon your face without the quartet which i made,also any requests are welcome if anybody would like me to try my hand at a cover and upload it i will.I think i will upload yellow next. ye i did everything i put a layer of rythym guitar down first which isnt in the real recording this was the base which i worked around.I then added the drums through my keyboard,then i added the bass again through keyboard but i have since bought a bass guitar so expect better bass lines in future! after that i added the strings and piano and finally i added the lead guitar if i could sing good enough i would put a vocal on it but my voice is too deep and it just sounds terrible when it is recorded.Anyway thanks for the compliment! i will upload another cover soon i think a Rush of blood to the head i did quite well so maybe that.
