Actually this is from the play "Dr. Faustus" by Christopher Marlowe, who probably would have been a better playwright than Shakespeare if he had not died so young. In the play, Mephistophilis (Beelzebub's close servant) is a slave to Faustus, but Faustus is too afraid of his appearance so he makes him transform into a monk. <So this is Mephistophilis as a monk.

the username means "Poet" in old English. It used to be "thebestyoucan" (radiohead lyrics) but I got tired of it. By now everyone knows I'm obsessed with Radiohead and I'm no longer one of the few on the board who is. But I still feel like our poet society is relatively small.

I think it's pronounced lay-oh-thwir-tah. But it's old english which was pronounced differently, so truthfully I have no idea how to pronounce it.

What do you do when you have 20 minutes before you have to be somewhere / do something and you have nothing to do? I'm completely alone and I don't want to watch TV. I suppose I could write. That's what I've done in the past... But I don't feel like that right now either. If I could, I would have a ridiculous philosophical discussion that would come to no conclusion with someone. But that's not an option either.
