  1. *sigh* Don't we all? :wacky: You're killing us with suspense over here!
  2. Ahh... well, Wii bowling, that's a completely different story.
  3. Hey Antonia! How are all the injuries in your family coming along? :P
  4. The ticket price really isn't so bad when you think about how you could easily spend more than that on tickets to see JUST Coldplay. Or at least, I know I have, many times. It's like $90, and you get to see Coldplay plus a bunch of other bands... I personally can't wait to see Elbow!!! So in sum... totally worth the price, and not eating for a week. :P (Plus you know you wanna have a Coldplayers meetup :smug:) And I like each sentence ending with a smiley... it looks like a poem or something!
  5. Haha, it's okay, I've never really taken much pride in my bowling skills (or lack thereof :P)... I'm very erratic... I'll bowl a strike followed by 3 frames in which I don't knock down any pins!
  6. Welcome back! :nice: How were your test scores? Any good? :bomb:
  7. Well, I'm a terrible bowler. :P I went the other night and I'm pretty sure I didn't even break 50 on my score for both games I played! :shame: I think I need those bumper things they put on the lanes for when little kids play.
  8. DO IT! I believe with the VIP package you have access to a seperate VIP area (which probably just means you'd have your own shorter bathroom and food lines) and then you get actual seats for the show, though I've heard that they're not up front or anything, just some grandstand at the side. I don't know how true that is, so don't quote me on it. I think I've come to accept the fact that I won't be able to get up front for Coldplay, just see as many bands as I can and enjoy the show.
  9. Yeah, rainy days are the worst at camp... we have to stay inside these stuffy locker rooms and the kids get SO bored. Luckily because I have older kids this year I'll get to go to the movies or bowling or something like that on some rainy days. :smug:
  10. I don't know... it's been raining pretty much straight through every single day for more than 2 weeks now. It looked all nice and sunny when I woke up this morning, but now it's all cloudy again. :(
  11. Okay, I'm back, and much less smelly. :P Yuck, looks like it's going to rain here today again. :dozey:
  12. I'm pretty good... enjoying my last few days of freedom before my full time work begins. :P I'm not complaining, though, I love my job, and I can't wait to start getting a paycheck again! I get the names and phone numbers of my campers tomorrow, I'm so excited! aaaaand brb I just realized I really need to shower. :P Be back in a few minutes! :D
  13. :curtain: Hey you two! :nice:  edit: Woah... hey you five! :P Where did everyone come from?
  14. Whaaaaat?!?! :stunned: So jealous!!!!! :P Not fair at all. Okay, I'm really going now.... see ya!
  15. Hahah Antonia I got in the middle of your DP! Hope your brother feels better soon... hi and bye! :P We just spent the day exploring the city... went to the museum, which had a very cool exhibit called "Treasures" which just had a bunch of really interesting stuff on loan from the British Museum. And then we walked around the city, had some dinner, and some ice cream. :wacky: It was a gorgeous day... oh and I saw whales while we were on the ferry back to Washington! And I gotta go now... my best friend is home from Australia (she was studying there all semester) so I finally get to go see her! Have a good night and week everyone!
  16. Speaking of the rain, it just started here. :dozey: I'm surprised it went as long as it did today without raining, actually! We have had the strangest weather here in NY... when I was in Washington (supposedly one of the rainiest places in the US) the weather was beautiful and now that I'm back in NY it's terrible! :(
  17. Oh, that's awesome! :D I actually went to Victoria, on Vancouver Island, last week as well! Didn't get to do much mountain climbing there, though. :P
  18. Bahahahahah! Not the moon... just the Olympic Peninsula :sneaky: no vampires in sight though, sadly :P
  19. Bye! Have yourself a nice week too! :nice:
  20. I was out in the Olympic Mountains in Washington (the state, not Washington DC). I think the actual mountain we hiked was called Buckhorn Mountain... not even one of the biggest in that mountain range, but still amazing!
  21. You're crazy lady! :P
  22. Exactly! Hehehe, thanks, it really was amazing! We don't have mountains quite like that over here in NY (or NJ for you :P) as you know. It was scary though because my uncle and cousin kept teasing the city girl about bears and cougars! :uhoh: Just lots of fun off-topicness... like in the thread title!
  23. Wow... so many of us online tonight! Now I don't want to say that I have to go out soon :embarassed:...
  24. WHY ARE WE SHOUTING? :P Hi there. :nice:
  25. Sorry didn't mean to offend you manly men. :P But hey, look at this!
