My charger broke too-- I was really upset about having to buy a new one, but I brought it in to the Apple store and they gave me a brand new one for free! They're so helpful! :nice:

Yeah, I got mine in 2006 as well. It still runs as well as it ever did, it's just become less shiny over the years. :P
