  6. Ah no :P Because this week we had a holiday. I will have one next week though, don't worry.
  7. Is it really already saturday :(?
  8. Well actually I have a question, I'm writing a text and I need to use the word 'sailor' in it and all I found is plaisancier, is this really the word or are there other words too for a sailor ?
  9. oh mais vous ne parlez pas sans fautes, ça doit être: Pourquoi ma petite Rolle?
  10. My cousins who live in Italy used to live in Belgium first, then moved to France and eventually to Italy with their dad. It's really awesome for them, because they speak dutch with us, family, they speak french with eachother, because that's the language they learned when they were like 4-10 years old. Now they both speak italian fluently, dutch not that fluently but really good enough to make themself clear, and perfect french. I envy them so much! And then the rest of my family all speaks french and dutch ... all of them except me, my brother and my sister, because my parents wouldn't raise us speaking two languages. My french is good enough now though.
  11. Sigh What to do?

I had almost the same thing. I had such a hot biology teacher in my last year over there. I really left that school with regrets. But she works in a club in Ghent (my town), and when we went there at new years eve she gave us some beers, so all good I'd say. :P
  13. :) really, :)
  14. yup, I never got a whole sentence right in german actually ... darn i sucked :P
  15. Isn't it like that with every language ? I had a hard time with german actually. With the nominatif, datif and things like that ...
  16. Wat scheelt er Elsje ?
  17. Sebastian Faulks ~ Birdsong Amazing book really. I recommend all Faulk's books. Edit: Better read it in english that in a translated version in my opinion.
  18. Oh my, I feel so sorry for all the people who can't enjoy the delicous Belgian beer. Of course we have the regular (but still awesome) beers: Jupiler, Stella, Maes, ... But then we have the trappists: Westmalle (tripple or double), Achel, Westvleteren, Orval, Rochefort, Scourmont. I can imagine that you don't like them though, they're quite 'heavy' beers. Still I have to admit that Guinness is number one on my list. It's better than all the belgian beers I ever tasted. Hard to admit, but true.
  19. Want to talk to her before the surgery.:(
  20. Oh my! Really funny actually, because something did happen to him. One of the 'enemies', a really tall and really strong dude just took him with his belt and shirt, lifted him up and laid him on the ground :laugh4: I saw this happening and in stead of helping him I just looked at it happening. Oh my :P
  21. Almost all the northern Belgians of our school gathered in combat clothes to attack the southern Belgians who sleep in the building next to us. Which began as a peaceful pillowfight ended in throwing chairs and hitting with helmets and fists  Edit: Me returning from the 'enemy's' building. All I had from injuries were some scratches.
