Hi everyone.:) I'm really sorry that I haven't been online lately. I had many things to do, plus since Friday my sister is in hospital and my parents are there with her till 9pm, so I have to take care about the house etc... :( Anyway, how are you, Nina, Mark, Rick? Hey Nina, how are you? I haven't been online for ages and I'm sorry for that ;) School's quite okay, but I must do lots of things for it. :) And yeah, some of my ski students aren't of the cleverest group :D But it's fine, I don't complain :) What's new?

I was with my boyfriend and some friends, drinking, playing some games and watching some movies and just having fun :) It was nice :) What about you, Nina? ;) How's everything? I've been busy a lot these days, I have lots of things to do for school plus I teach skiing (in a ski school but I also have private lessons) and it's really exhausting. :)

I'm sorry, didn't have time for posting because of visiting relatives, decorating the house, packing presents and being at my boyfriend's.

Hey Chuck, I found something about Czech Christmas here: http://www.myczechrepublic.com/czech_culture/czech_holidays/christmas.html In fact, I must confess that our family doesn't keep all the customs and superstitions as written ;) On December 24, all day we usually decorate the Christmas tree and prepare everything for the evening, watch fairy tales and relax.. In the evening, we eat the dinner - potato salad, which is traditional, and then either a chicken escalope (or steak) or carp. Me and my grandmother don't like carp, so we usually eat the steak. Then we go to the cemetery ( I don't think that many families are used to do this, but we do, it's our own custom :) ) and when we come back, we stand by the Christmas tree, sing some carols and then get presents. What about your Christmas? :)

Exactly :D Well, today I found out my boyfriend hates Christmas because of the stress - his mother cleans all the house a week before Christmas and when everyone wants to relax, she's like crazy about the cleaning.. :rolleyes:

Yeah, but I think that everyone should get at least a little present :) But you're right, presents are not the main Christmas thing. Personally, I'm looking forward to watching fairytales and eating sweets :D

:) Yeah, I know Coldplaying is one of the possible solutions, but I don't think it's the best idea to sit at the computer all day :confused: Thanks, Nina ;) Being ill sucks, especially before Christmas. You know, I have no presents so far, so when I am alright, I'll have to go to the shopping centre and buy it all. It'll be horrible though, because I'll be able to go shopping December 19th, and I suppose there'll be a lot of people :\ Anyway I got an idea to make some presents on my own, but I'm not sure about the result as I'm not very manual-skilled :laugh3:

Hello, how's everyone? I haven't been online much lately, I was too busy with school and stuff. How's your life going? Anything new? :) I think that one of my most important news is that I want to pass the First Certificate in English exam in June, so I'm studying a lot these days, just to pass the exam. :) Yeah, and also I'm busy with watching How I Met Your Mother. Do you know it? It rocks :D

It's pretty far from here - about 2hours from my town, but I'd find some to go with me. And I'm 17. I hope so, it was told in some newspaper that they were going to record a new album next year and have another tour, I hope to see them next year!

Is there anyone who could go to the Coldplay concert but wasn't allowed to? Today, Coldplay are in Prague, the capital of the Czech republic, I wanted to go there, I had money for it, but my mum didn't allow me to go there. :bigcry: I hope they'll come here next year and I'll be able to go there. :\
