  1. I can die happy. Ended up with standing tickets and they separated the crowd right where I was standing for the boys to get to stage C. Got a high 5 from Will, patted Chris on the shoulder, but the best part was Jonny. I yelled out his name and he looked at me, gave me the biggest smile and grabbed and held my hand. Then on the way back from stage C HE DID IT AGAIN. I swear he sought me out on the way back. His smile at me was so warm and genuine. I think the fact that I was wearing 5 xylobands and knew his name gave away the fact that I was a real fan. Either that or he remembered me from when we met and had a pic taken 10 years ago hahahaha.
  2. The crowd in Sydney was exponentially better than Melbourne. I went to both shows in both cities (so 4 all up) and the Sydney crowd was incredible. I couldn't believe my luck when they played Christmas Lights.
  3. If anyone has 2x gold or silver tix they'd be interested in swapping for 2x gold seated tickets, please PM me :)
  4. This is my video of Charlie Brown - sorry, don't know how to make it show up in here, so have linked it. I have watched it about a million times since Sunday night and I still cry every time. Please excuse the fact that it starts off sideways - my friend was filming it using my phone so I could enjoy the song.
  5. Well, I spent a good $700 on getting there tonight from Adelaide and it was worth it just to be a part of the Charlie Brown spectacle. That was literally the best four minutes of my entire life. Amazing. The only thing I regret was not going last night as well. Lesson learnt.
  6. That is incredible. Well done, Sydney! The last shows I have been to have been lacking in audience participation, so glad us Aussies are doing our bit! Nothing better than having 40,000 people singing the same thing at the same time. Spine tingling!
  7. Looking good. So excited for tomorrow now! Keep the pics coming!!
  8. Haven't posted on here since the last concert in Sydney, but getting excited for tomorrow now! Originally bought tickets for tonight, but was never happy with my seats, so spent way too much money on Ebay for better seats at the Sunday show. They better be good! Almost went tonight as well last minute, but had no way of getting home from the train station :(
  9. Oh yeah...that sucks. I still remember how amazingly excited I was that they played it on Wednesday. Since it came out, every time I listened to it I thought how cool it would be if they played it, but always thought it was too obscure for the mainstream fan. When I heard the first words of it come out of Chris' mouth, I screamed so loud (made so much more obvious because of the fact no one else did hahaha).
  10. As a last resort, you could always buy something from their online store.
  11. :shocked2: Wow! That's a fantastic story. I wish I'd skipped the footy now. I would have been there when all this happened :laugh3:
  12. Okay, so I THINK the guy sitting right at the tip of Chris' foot and behind the security guards head, is Chris' dad.
  13. Chris mentioned him and you could tell by the way the people around him were acting and the way he was acting that it was him.
