  4. I thought this thread meant Thom Yorke too! I was like 'huh second job, no?'
  5. I've never been to a Coldplay concert :( The night they were in Philly I left for Phoenix! It had to be that night....:\
  6. I would have screamed 'OMG it's a Coldplay song!' and then I would sing aloud, with all the people getting up and singing with me. :P

  9. I've learned to speak for myself, so I think I'm okay with doing something I don't want to do now.
  10. Yeah it's usually an American stereotype. But I'm ASIAN-American (Vietnamese to be exact) so the most they ever lectured me about is grades...hahaha In Pennsylvania I think they raised the age to get your license to 18...I don't know if I made the cut-off year though.
  11. The first year of high school is 10th grade for us, too. I thought I was the only one... I know how it feels to be one thing, but act totally different. Those were the dark years...
  12. I was actually looking at the school calendar, and it seems like the year is going to go by fast!
  13. Lucky duck...:) My family is actually very different. I don't really have a curfew. I just ask if I can go somewhere and they say okay...and they just pick me up at the time the plan is over, or I get dropped off. I don't get grounded either. I just get a really long lecture, and they let it go.
  14. Yeah, it's 9th grade. Nope, I have a feeling its going to be a bad year. Did you like freshman year?
  15. I'm going to miss sleeping in...hehe. :( I have to get up at 6 to go to school.
  16. Lol bad Gal! :P My parents are very overprotective of me. I know it's their job, but I'm not stupid! They think I do all these stupid things and I'm like 'come on, mom! It's a school dance!' :dozey:
  17. And you get paid! :D
  18. I'm going to be a freshman..oh how fun. :dozey:
  19. And I'm assuming they are wrong...? :P
  20. Same with me...I don't ever remember the last time I got up early..:P But what's sad is that I'm going to start school next week, and I don't know if I will get to talk to everyone like I am now, with the time differences and all. :(
