Do you think the hotel around Royal Albert Hall will be fully booked when we do on the day we get the tickets? I might probably wait till I get one then book a hotel overnight.

Guys, I'm a little bit confused. Amazon site states this: The exclusive presale window opens at 09:30 Wednesday June 4, 2014 and closes at 23:59 Thursday June 5, 2014 at SeeTickets.com (general release to the public opens on June 6, 2014). So which means we all can buy on the 4th of June during the presale? Or is it for Amazon UK residents only? Just checking.

I contacted Royal Albert Hall yesterday and they said the only to purchase the ticket is only on gigsandtours.com. I first thought maybe I could buy a ticket on the spot but they denied it. :/

Need to call royal albert hall next week to check if they are selling face value tickets.

Cause last time I watched James Blunt there and the station that is nearby was South Kensington -- apparently the station opens from 7am to 10pm.. That was the last time I saw it there. Maybe some tube stations open some closed.

I have stayed at astor hostels in London Victoria and there is a bus just exactly in front of the hall - since Tube will be closed at 10pm and I guess Coldplay will be done beyond that time, and if you are gonna stay somewhere nearby, you might wanna take a bus or walk instead of train fyi :wink: I believe if you take a walk from hall there is a Hyde Park hostel...I dont remember which area to be exact, all the information are on the website, check astorhostels.co.uk, it's clean, cheap, and very safe! I recommend it though :)

I know this because I dated Chris on and off for a couple of years while I was a student at Oxford University. He was infatuated with me - I even convinced myself some of his songs were about me. But I never felt the same way. I knew the fumbling, innocent Chris who didn't smoke, drink or swear. More folk singer than rock god. We met in the summer of 1998. I was 20, he was 21 and I was interviewing him for my college newspaper. His train-track braces, woolly jumper and crumpled chinos were an instant turn-off and you just couldn't take him seriously. Here was this geeky public schoolboy singing about lost love and rejection when it was obvious he hadn't had much, if any, experience with girls. But he was intelligent, funny and I liked him. A couple of nights later he turned up on my doorstep wearing the same crumpled outfit andgoofy grin. After drinks at his friend's house - Chris stuck to water - we went back to his digs, but his shyness and inexperience turned what was a promising love scene into a Benny Hill sketch. Every time he came in for a kiss my teeth banged on his braces. One minute we were lying on the sofa kissing passionately, the next I'd been grabbed in a bear hug and thrown to the rug. Then his best mate Phil walked in. Mortified, I ran to the bedroom. It was a huge room - but the bed was like an ironing board when we cuddled up together. It was uncomfortable, not only because of the crush, but also because I wasn't sure I wanted to be there. Chris was very sweet and started making a bed for himself on the floor, but by this time I had decided I wanted to go. We didn't kiss again. Do you guys think we can purchase the tickets on the spot? Thinking to go to royal albert hall on the day the presale starts.. Comparing to online price with additional £8ish would be too much. Face value is £85 whilst online is £93.50!? Too much man :| AH I NEED TO SAVE MY MONEY FOR ALL MY NEEDS :(

Ah okay, so there will still be possibilities then. Im so disappointed at the prices! That was beyond my expectation really. I calculated the budget if I should save £60 to £70 just for this. But the fact that £85 is the best bet to see the band much closer :( the gallery would be so far away though, and im short while i realize everybody here is sooo tall! I need front row please! :P
